Dr. Mitchell is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. In addition to him being a spectacular doctor who knows his sh*t, he's caring, kind, and compassionate. I brought my 2 yr old son in bc he was showing signs of autism and I immediately saw improvements in him after beginning Dr. Mitchell's treatment plan. We later found out that my son has lyme disease and since we started treating him for that, all of my son's autism symptoms have gone away after only just a few months. His whole team from office staff, to nurses, to the other doctors on his team are so warm and welcoming and truly care. I can't recommend Nizhoni Functional Medicine enough. I am so grateful.

I have a seriously, chronically ill adult child who is extraordinarily medically complex. So much so that most health professionals drop him as a patient because they don't readily know or understand what's going on or they flat out refuse to see him. Unlike them, Dr. Mitchell has risen to the challenge of helping my son i.e. finding and addressing underlying cause. He works with us and doesn't give up. Knowledgeable in multiple areas of medicine, open-minded, doing his own research, Dr. Mitchell can provide answers and solutions to complex medical problems that are dismissed or ignored by other medical professionals.

Dr. Sharaf always gives me top notch care. She is patient, listens, and alters my course of treatment as needed. I am very thankful that I started coming to Dr. Sharaf because I am finally after 5 years of suffering am getting some relief from my back pain.

I'm very grateful for Dr. Despres and his kindness and openness and working with me to determine next steps in my treatment. The only thing I would recommend for ALL doctors is to connect with the patient with eye contact and "How have you been feeling" before putting their attention on the computer screen. It's so easy to go into the office, pull up the last treatment plan and get absorbed in THAT rather than the patient. Thank you to Dr. Despres, and to Dr. Mitchell for all of your wonderful help and knowledge and truly wanting me to get better.
